Rowdy’s Rooftop Burner Fund

Author: No Comments Share:

Back in May, Rowdy, a true UK graffiti legend, left his home (and studio) only to find that upon his return it had burned down to the ground. Everything was lost. Home, business, past, present and future.

Friends and colleagues quickly rallied and established The Rooftop Burner Fund to help him get back on his feet again; with artists and galleries donating artwork for auctions being held on eBay over the forthcoming weeks. With work from the likes of Banksy (who has donated a unique colourway of his iconic Nola), Paul Insect, Sickboy, Swoon, Guy Denning, Hush, Static, and, of course, the Burning Candy Crew among many others going under the hammer, we’re hoping this gets him one step closer to adorning our streets again.

In a profession with so many rivalries it is a true testament to Rowdy as a person and an artist that so many have donated work; so open your wallets and give generously.

Find out more about the fund, and artists involved in it here and Bid on artwork here. Auctions are running from now until 15th July.
