Graff London awards

Every year Graff London ask their forum members to vote for who they feel are has been the best writer, crew, etc, of the past period. It’s all for fun, there’s not many categories and there’s no actual ceremony or prizes as such, but the results are a pretty true reflection of what’s happening in UK graffiti for the period in question. This year’s results are below:

Writer of the year 2009:

1. 10Foot

2. Vamp

Crew of the year 2009:

1.DWS

2. ATG

Writer of the decade:

1. Tox

2. Oker

Love this

Panik shows off his polished style with a few early 2010 throw-ups on this unsuspecting van. Very nice.

Merry Christmas

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas from the UKSA crew. Nice one for all your support so far, here’s to a big 2009.

The pic above is the classic festive greeting that Robbo and Drax left on a wholetrain in Moorgate in 1989. After the jump check out a couple of the other pics that we keep under our pillows each night, photos like the one below taken sometime in the late 80s of a group of London’s graffing scamps on a day out in Covent Garden.
