There is quite a lot of artwork hidden throughout the game. Across the road from the Bank of Liberty is a building with some artwork of a motorbike from Vice City, El Burro, D-Ice and 8-Ball from GTA III and the GTA III box art, all mixed in with some generic graffiti.
There is also some Banksy homages hidden in the game as well. Artist Tim Gilbert was asked to create some artwork inspired by Banksy artwork which is hidden throughout Liberty City.
Interestingly, Banksy was asked to contribute some art to the game but declined the offer.
